Welcome to Green Dine BD. By placing an order, purchasing a subscription package, or browsing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Green Dine BD is a premier food catering and subscription platform in Bangladesh, offering fresh home-style meals, office lunches, student plans, and corporate catering delivered daily to your doorstep.

2. User Account & Security

• You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information when creating an account or placing an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Green Dine BD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or attempt fraudulent activities.

3. Meal Subscriptions & Ordering Policy

• Daily Order Cut-off: To ensure zero food wastage and fresh preparation, daily lunch orders or schedule updates must be completed by 10:00 PM the previous evening. Dinner orders must be confirmed by 12:00 PM same day.
• Subscription Pause: Monthly subscribers can pause meal deliveries up to 5 days per month with at least 12 hours advance notice via account dashboard or hotline. Paused meals will be credited to the following month.
• Menu Changes: Our chefs craft menus based on seasonal availability of fresh ingredients. While we strive to adhere strictly to published menus, minor adjustments may occasionally occur.

4. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing

• All package prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include standard preparation charges. Applicable VAT or delivery fees will be shown during checkout.
• Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and online debit/credit cards.
• For manual mobile payments, users must accurately input the sender number and transaction ID. Payment confirmation is completed after administrative verification.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, branding, menu descriptions, food photography, website software, and design elements on Green Dine BD are the exclusive property of Green Dine BD and protected by intellectual property laws of Bangladesh. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Green Dine BD shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather conditions, unexpected political events (hartals/strikes), or incorrect customer addresses. We urge customers with food allergies to carefully inspect meal ingredients before consumption.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
