At Green Dine BD, we are committed to delivering piping hot, fresh, and hygienic meals right on schedule. Our delivery network is designed to ensure effortless mealtime experiences for students, busy professionals, and families across Dhaka.

1. Delivery Coverage Areas

Currently, Green Dine BD operates comprehensive daily meal delivery coverage in the following major zones of Dhaka city:

• Zone A: Dhanmondi, Kalabagan, Green Road, Lalmatia, Farmgate, Sobhanbag, Sukrabad.
• Zone B: Gulshan 1 & 2, Banani, Baridhara, Niketan, Mohakhali DOHS.
• Zone C: Uttara (Sectors 1 to 14), Airport Road, Khilkhet.
• Zone D: Mirpur (1, 2, 6, 10, 11, 12, DOHS), Kazipara, Shewrapara.
• Zone E: Motijheel, Dilkusha, Segunbagicha, Paltan, Bailey Road.

3. Delivery Fees & Charges

• Monthly Meal Packages: Standard delivery within core coverage zones is FREE for all monthly subscribers.
• One-time / Daily Orders: A flat delivery fee of ৳40 – ৳60 applies depending on your distance from our regional hubs.

4. Packaging & Temperature Quality Guarantee

• All meals are packaged using food-grade, leak-proof, microwave-safe eco containers.
• Our delivery riders use insulated thermal bags to preserve meal heat and freshness during transit.
• Tamper-evident seals are affixed to every food container for your safety.

5. Customer Responsibilities During Delivery

• Please ensure someone is present at the designated delivery address during your selected time slot.
• Keep your contact phone active so our delivery rider can reach you upon arrival.
• Riders are instructed to wait up to a maximum of 10 minutes at the destination before proceeding to the next customer to avoid delaying other deliveries.

6. Unforeseen Delays

While 98%+ of our deliveries arrive on time, unexpected delays may occur due to severe monsoon rain, extreme Dhaka traffic congestion, or political rallies. In such cases, our team will proactively notify you via SMS or phone call with updated arrival estimates.
